Ce stage est destiné aux enfants à partir de 6 ans et adultes quelque soit votre niveau et la discipline pratiquée.
Au programme : préparation physique (assouplissement, renforcement musculaire), combats chorégraphiés, maniements d'armes (sabre, bâton court, bâton long), coups de pieds, chutes, acrobaties, cascades.
Les entraînements se feront sur 4 lieux : plage, salle de gymnastique, parc et dojo.
Dans une ambiance conviviale vous pourrez profiter du climat de la Côte d'Azur ainsi que de ses plages. Pour finir en beauté, les stagiaires seront invités à un barbecue ainsi qu'à une projection sur grand écran des 5 jours d'entraînement avec un DVD offert en souvenir.

Having worked with the biggest chinese fight choreographer, Yuen Woo Ping ("Kill Bill", "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon"), Corey Yuen ("Expendables", "Leathal Weapon 4") Philippe Kwok ("Brotherwood of the Wolf", "Samouraï"), Hoang Nghi, Jet Li double in "Kiss of th Dragon" and former World champion of Kung Fu in China, will be sharing his deep knowledge af martial arts in action movies .
A very fun and way of learning those techniques with a real-time and widely recognised professionnal.
This training camp is perfectly suited for kids from 6 and adults as well, whatever your level.
Master Hoang Nghi will adapt his teaching to each and all.
Program : physical preparation (stretch, strengthening of muscles), fight choreography, weapons work (broasword, short cudgel, long cudgel), Kicks, fall, acrobatics, stunts.
Trainings will take place in four different places, all within easy reach in the same city on the French Riviera : beach, gym, park and traditional dojo.
The atmosphere is lively and fun, as well as sporty - The French Riviera an is incredible summer weather will achieve to convince you that this is the best way to practise your favorite discipline in the best environment.
The icing on the cake, training students are invited to join a big bbq and a screening of the 5 day traininc camp. The DVD will be offered as a souvenir.
